By using medicarepriceguide.com, the ParentCare Finder service, or any related properties operated by Vireon Media (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

The Service connects users with third-party senior care providers. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. We do not employ, supervise, license, or endorse any provider. We do not guarantee provider quality, availability, pricing, licensing status, or outcomes.
You are solely responsible for verifying any provider's credentials, licensing, references, insurance, and suitability before engaging them.
3. Compensation Disclosure
We may receive compensation from providers when we connect them with prospective clients. This does not increase your cost. Provider participation in our network does not imply endorsement, and the order in which providers are presented may be influenced by such arrangements.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you have authority to share information about any third party (for example, your parent) for the purpose of seeking care for them.
5. Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current information. We may decline to process submissions that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or abusive.

- Scraping, automating, or reverse-engineering the Service
- Using the Service to send spam, phishing, or unlawful content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIREON MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vireon Media from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Arbitration and Class Waiver
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first using the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
